IMMERSION ENAMELLING MACHINE: IM2

The IM2 immersion enamelling machine is made up of two lathes with suction cups where the operator places the objects to be enamelled and starts the machine which, with a double radial rotation movement of the raising and lowering lathes (of the entire head), immerses the objects at a preset inclination. Through a passage of holes, the cup of the suction cup fills with enamel covering the bottom of the piece to be enamelled. Once the immersion time is over, the IM2 enamelling machine returns to its initial position, giving the operator the possibility of recovering the objects. All the various immersion heights, rotations of the lathes and times can be set from the 7” colour LCD panel.
